Just to alert visitors to London that there are alternatives to the expensive Heathrow Express, if travelling between Heathrow and London when the tubes are disrupted like they are today and you've got a lot of luggage. You can use Oyster cards on the half hourly TFL service between Heathrow and Paddington. The trains are currently not crowded.
Also worth pointing out that, as this is the BA forum, the TfL rail service visits Heathrow Central for terminals 2 and 3, then terminal 4. You will need to use a less-frequent terminal transfer train, or change onto the tube (also long) to get to terminal 5 using this service.
