These are my options:
- Shanghainese pork belly, kailan, jasmine rice
- Grilled fillet of Atlantic turbot, cauliflower mousseline, caper tomato and black olive butter
- Hand made agnolotti with celeriac cream and crispy guanciale
- Aubergine parmigiana, tomato, mozzarella, pine kernels and basil
Any suggestions? I expect I will go for the pork or turbot.
