This already os included in paid signature service(J). AC have made it very clear that signature suite is only open to paid J due to space constraints, and everything else you described at least partially exists with signature service.
But the BMW transfer is not guaranteed!!
I was very disappointed when flying paid J last year when I got of my YVR-YYZ flight and there was no BMW transfer for me to my YYZ-LHR flight. I would happily pay additional to have this service guaranteed.
