I got to use the Flagship Check-In, Flagship Lounge along with Flagship First Dining (usually reserved for AA passengers flying international F). I was even provided with a "greeter" who met me curbside and escorted me through security to the lounge while carrying my carry-on bags.
When it came time for my flight to board, I was driven from the Flagship First Dining area (went out through the back service door and onto the apron) in a Cadillac SUV to a remote gate where those smaller American Eagle E175s depart.
So if anyone here at AC is reading this, please do consider offering the BMW transfers (perhaps with Signature Lounge dining for J award flyers) as a paid service to non-status passengers on an bookable basis (depending on availability etc.)!! I am willing to pay CAD 800 for this service.
This already os included in paid signature service(J). AC have made it very clear that signature suite is only open to paid J due to space constraints, and everything else you described at least partially exists with signature service.
