This great hotel has gone downhill since previous stays. I was told that since I didn’t book the breakfast included rate I’m not allowed to benefit the complimentary breakfast. I’m a platinum member and the hotel has an executive lounge which I can use. I was even given a list of the benefits and the breakfast is listed there, naturally. But the hotel refuses to honor it. This makes no sense. I escalated the issue to a duty manager (GM not available) who only said that the policy has changed. The welcome gift was a joke, too: two bottles of soda.
