stayed here on points for a saturday night,... cash rate was close to 300 USD ?

Upgrade to higher floor as titanium .... ( havent seen a suite upgrade since the merger ... ) You can hear/feel the trains passing the hotel. Executive lounge is very basic. Would not return here... Maybe only worth it if u taking shikansen early or arriving late. A lot of restaurants in the ShinOsaka Station but else the area around the hotel looks boring.

Staff was very friendly though. Breakfast was pretty good.

Had a late flight out of kix.. Asked for lounge access until 6 pm but was denied...
Guess their cup noodles cost them too much.
