I wasn't referring specifically to the website, but in general I'd presume if you wanted to find a hotel's phone number you go to their website, use their app, or google it. And they failed on all 3 counts.
There could be information out there that is inaccessible by google. But then 99.9% of the people wouldn't know about it either.
