I do not recognize the court's sovereignty over my personal information. Nobody is permitted to share it without my permission. I will not make an exception for court orders.

I contacted the airlines. I verified that there were no flights purchased. However my cousin flies SW to Phoenix once a month. My auntie bought dozens of flights on SW and AA. So did my brother. None of them received the notice, yet I did.

Clearly Rust did not do its job. They simply bought a list from a third party..

I wanted my name purged from the tort completely. Rust sent me a letter stating that they complied with my wishes. I had done the same with Rust a year earlier when I was named in the Capacitor Antitrust Settlement.

I told them to never contact me again, and that I need confirmation that my name is blacklisted. They refused, so things escalated from there.
