Definite answer on award availability?
Looking to fly CTS-HGH-SFO. The HGH-SFO legs are available. I tried several dates for CTS-HGH but Alaska turned up with no availability.

I understand Alaska miles cannot be used to redeem for Hainan intra-Asia awards, so I made sure to search multi-city for an international itinerary.

Interestingly, Hainan's site also turns up no award availability. Does that mean there is no availability or is it possible Alaska's systems are acting funny?
