You don't think it relevant that you were not held by the cops but that a federal judge -- OK, perhaps a magistrate judge -- found that you were either a danger or a flight risk and ordered you detained? That is a very big deal as it is beyond rare in a case where, as you say, there was no violence.
You are still barking up the wrong tree. Nothing you have written remotely suggests that Rust has committed a fraud.
The defendants have proposed the notice lists and the judge has approved them. Rust does not do better or worse for having notified you as opposed to someone else and it is not up to Rust to remove you from some category for the future as that might contravene what a judge orders.
For those who opt out, it is theoretically public, but so is the fact that you were noticed in the first place.
