This is a race to the bottom that BA has happily embraced and some people are willing to recalibrate their benchmark of acceptable service each time BA takes something away.
and you want to tell them that they are wrong and shouldn’t decide what they are willing to pay for or not? Sorry I’m of the opinion that people are entitled to make their own choices- if that means not worrying about the free coke on an hour flight in favour of a cheaper price, that’s my choice isn’t it?
