New to LH flying here - super excited my United GPU cleared, so I have a seat in business (747 IAD-FRA). From what I can find, there is no way to use any Star Alliance miles upgrade for first correct? Is my only hope a cash upgrade at the desk to First? Right now they are selling the full cabin still, and even showing award availability (for a new *A booking). Thanks!
