Tight, but doable, in particular if you have a European passport (which I guess you don't though?)

Married segments? Because BRU-MUC shows availability, and MUC-SIN also shows, doesn't mean BRU-MUC-SIN with that flight combination has availability. Perhaps LH wants to steer people to that connection for some reason.
That said, I would explore the option in your place. 100 EUR does not seem that much of a price to pay to give you some peace of mind.
Otherwise consider whether an extra day in Munich would throw too much of a wrench in your plans, and take the risk.
