According to Priority Pass, the VIP T1 and T2 lounges are airside (link). I’m guessing you’d be channeled out landslide and not be able to return airside.

Unfortunately, the SJD airport site is nearly useless, no maps, no restaurant listings, even still lists Mexicana airlines as serving LAX and LAS! Link.
