At any time did they ask you to stop harassing them? If you have a legal complaint against Rust, harassing them is not the solution. File a court case.
Your earlier messages stated "Our records show you may have purchased", so there was no way that statement indicates they are claiming you bought a plane ticket.
All you had to do was to simply request removal from the class action. I think you expected more personal service from Rust than they can possibly give you.
