This is probably a stupid question, but how does JAL handle checked baggage from connecting flights? Looking at several domestic US flight options that connect to JAL F or C, but the bags won't be priority tagged at the origin airport. Will JAL know to handle them with the other priority tagged bags, or will they end up at NRT/HND amongst the rest? Almost all of the layovers are 3+ hours long and/or require terminal changes, so short checking (probably) won't be a problem.
