V is the lowest, non BE fare available in Main Cabin. The only limitations that this fare would have is with limited SDC avalibility (N/A here since SDC is domestic and Canada only) and you will be at the bottom of the DMs waitlisting a GUC. If you are able to find a flight with OY (GUC) space at booking, then you shouldn’t have any issues.
