How to get my baggage? Santiago
My wife and I arrived on the 15th Dec to Santiago, Chile with LATAM. We had 4 bags checked in at Melbourne airport and we only received 3 out of 4. We made a claim at the airport and were advised to contact LATAM via WhatsApp.
We went to Valparaiso and were told the bag was to arrive from Melbourne (for some reason it never left the airport) on 17/12/19. It's is now 19/12/19 and we still have not received pur bags. We are staying in Santiago tonight then off to Cusco tomorrow. We have informed airlin of our change of location and they have updated the third party company that will deliver our baggage but I am cynical that the bag will arrive.
Any advice?
