I'll be staying at the Westin in March (can't freakin' wait!) .... is it possible to visit an underwater restaurant during our stay? Is SEA at Anantara close enough?

Also, on our last day, our flight doesn't leave 'til 1130 pm and I imagine the seaplane can only be arranged for the day time hours. Any suggestions to kill time or are we going to be stuck at the airport for hours?
