Itīs a 2500 suite. Alone this i If I book something more expensive I saw the less priced alternative and decided to pay more. Who is happy to get the cheaper one? She even painted for me on a sheet itīs an upgrade. How stupid do they think I am? By the way during my stay I had contact with 3 persons at reception. 1 spoke broken German, the other 2 only English. I would never expect someone speaks German in France, England, the U.S. or even Geneva. But in Germany I expect a person at reception speaks German. No big deal but I think itīs wired.
