Bizarre. I do not recognise this hotel from the comments above.
I would suggest that a modicum of pre-arrival research would have avoided the "disappointment' with the hotel's facilities.
Really - what do you like about the hotel? What would you say recommends this hotel to others besides the price? I have stayed before, did not need to do pre arrival research - our friends did not want to spend more money so we stayed here, knowing its flaws. I was just giving a perspective. It's not a terrible place, its just nothing special at all.
