I suspect this is also a post Brexit reaction as many London based companies have and are moving to Ireland. Huge Google, Facebook, HP, Apple - you name them - facilities now there.
Accelerated after BREXIT, but not cause by. The favorable Irish corporate tax structure has been a darling for tech companies. The rest of Europe isn’t so pleased to put it kindly.
