OK, it's such a trivial thing but after my last few trips I have to ask this.

On the Rembrandt toothpaste that comes in the amenity kits in First and Biz class on international trips... I swear there used to be a little tab on the foil cover so it was easy to open. Now there is no tab and from what I can tell, no way to remove the foil cover by hand (unless you've got great nails maybe). The only trick I've come up with is to use the "brushpick" to pierce the foil, but that destroys the pick in the process and is still difficult to do.

Anyone else got any tips?
