Of course! Why carry an expired passport? If Tunisia and the USA allow for dual citizenship, it would still be better to carry the USA passport when going to Europe - assuming both passports are valid.

OTOH, when going to Cuba or N. Korea, a valid Tunisian passport would be better. 🙄
