As for cash, you will find plenty of options to exchange money on Dizengoff street and around it, also plenty of ATMs, I would recommend using bank ATMs and not the one in the kiosks as those will usually charge an extra fee
For what it's worth, I was in Israel in September and found that Bank Hapoalim ATMs didn't charge a withdrawal fee.
