If it does, it's likely a few points, and why would I care about that when everything about about 740-760 is the same to lenders anyway? That's definitely NOT a good reason to keep paying an annual fee on a crappy card that you won't use.
Yes for sure in your situation. But say you had only three cards, each with a $15K limit. Cancelling one card can have a huge impact depending on the balances you carry on the other two (or will carry, now that there is one less card). Everyone has their own situation, and their own credit score needs. It's just something to be aware of.
