The jump seat is in front of 10D, or have they changed the config reasonably recently, it is for door 3 that the jump seat is in the same row as the E and F seats. Row 24 or so for the latter.
They added 2 seats to the A321 recently, but you are probably right that they added them at row 10 and it's row 24 that have the odd config.
