Hello, I am transit in Doha for over 24 hours am arriving in economy and leave in business class, would I have access to the arrivals lounge? I organized this trip on purpose as I am big aviation enthusiast and was wanted to spend 26 hours in the airport.

Arriving in Economy, you wouldn't be able to access the QR Arrivals Lounge. Your onward Business Class ticket won't apply because it's not a departures lounge. To be honest, it's not a place I'd want to spend any real amount of time in. It's quiet, for sure, and the few times I've used it I was the only on there.
But aside from a shower, a coffee, and a quiet place to get a little bit of urgent work done, there's no reason to use it.
