As I sit in YOW waiting for my flight after four cancelled flights - Delays today

1) New reservations system - folks are still learning and its a transition
2) Weather at the country's busiest airport (YYZ) is affecting many flights
3) Time of year, busy, busy

That is why its hard to get through. Not a defense, just a reality check!
