Well it happened after booking 100's of tickets, translated Thai names....
Family name for partner OK, but first name has some H's in such as PHRAPHAPHON, but should be PRAPHAPHON....
Seems error came from logging in to Royal Orchid and all names of pax were proposed, I just hit enter and did not notice the typo error already being there.

I understand name correction on a W booking code is 3K baht....hey Thai Airways...such errors must be frequent with Thai name's.
Any chance it will be noticed at check in and cause issue, also on subsequent security checks???
Just wait for check in and pay the fee then or should I request a name correction now and charge the original cc?
