Somehow my giant MD account de-linked from Fuel Reward, now on giant MD site it showing it is linked and Giant customer service said it is linked. I can see logo of FR on Giant website. There is no option to de-link on giant MD side, CS said they can not de-link and suggested to reach out to FR.
FR side I see no Giant account linked and same thing FR customer service said. FR CS created a technical issue for some backend team to look into but not sure how much time it going to take.
Anyone know how to fix it?
Giant-PA and S&S Websites were having a lot of issues today. Possibly Giant-MD did too. Sometimes when that happens it appears that FR came unlinked. If that's the case, it resolves itself within a day. If that's not the case, Giant CS should be able to delete your email. Then when prompted to fix the missing information you can link again.
