Hi,

At YYZwhen arriving, I think you will arrive ( off LH or AC ) at the Infield terminal which will involve escalators or stairs ( elevators also) to a bus to take you to the main terminal ( 10 mins but can be longer if the bus has to hold for traffic) for customs and bag reclaim.
