The definitive answer is "no". How your arriving ticket was paid for is irrelevant, unfortunately. If you are not departing on a OW carrier you can't use it. The rules on that are unambiguous.

If you want to use CX lounges in HKG, and your next flight is regional, just cancel your *A ticket and book CX/KA etc for the second sector. In that case it will not matter what class you fly on the second sector, and your CX F arrival ticket will grant you entry to all the CX lounges, including F lounges due to your arriving flight class.
