There's a great comment at the bottom of Lucky's article that I think someone should do:
Record the pitches and report the misleading ones to the CFPB. They’re violating UDAAP and that’s a very costly violation. This is the most likely way to get these pitches stopped altogether.
As someone who works for a bank, I'm well aware of the importance of UDAAP. If the FA's are making claims that aren't true, then it certainly is a violation and should be reported to the CFPB.
