I vaguely recall my duplex suite having a sort of mini kitchenette in the living room with something like a minibar, coffee maker, wet bar, and small microwave on the end of the room near the entry and the stairs. In addition, I think there was a small table with two chairs. However, I'm not certain.

Given the nature of the Ocean Suites building and its use by families (including those making longer stays), I would assume that such units would have small kitchens, but I didn't see any of those rooms.
