Hi guys,
I'm looking at redeeming a EK F flight through Qantas with a 6 h 40 m transit in DXB. I would like to experience both the F Class Lounge in DXB, as well as the Dubai Connect hotel. Thus I was wondering 2 things:-
1) Is the return chauffeur timing flexible? In that I can arrange to come back to DXB around 3 hours before the flight to experience the F Class Lounge.
2) If this is advisable?

6h40 is very short as it is, but the answer to 1 is yes, you can go to the desk in the hotel (it will most likely be the Meridian, which has a dedicated Emirates check in/out desk) and ask for a car. We were at a relatively busy time and we shared a van with a few other people, which for a 5 minute ride is no problem. I would certainly sacrifice some time in the hotel in favour of the F lounge. How much would depend a bit on the time of day and the ensuing flight.
