All the Business Lounges are pretty similar - I would just check the day before, using the Lufthansa website, which gate your flight will use, and then go to the closest lounge (there are big yellow signs all over the terminal directing you to the nearest lounge).

In Canada, you will be able to use the Maple Leaf Lounges (Air Canada) at YYZ (Terminal 1 - only 1 location) and at YHZ. I would be surprised if YYG has a lounge at all.
