Second time I took the "signature" main dish from the chef Hawksworth (I didn't remember I already had it once).
Orecchiette pasta with brown butter, brussel sprouts, caramelized onions, chestnuts, kale.
I really don't like it. Wondering if others do? I feel the overall taste, dryness is off.
Since it's the chef's dish I guess most like it?
I liked it.
I was the only one in the full cabin to order it, though.
