Not true. CBP is awfully random. The Nexus / GE machine can be random. No basis for the statement. And once, years ago, after clearing Nexus, a CBP agent was walking just past the booths after we cleared going to secondary, and just ushered MrsITAG and I in for secondary. After she was happy, she said she often does this just as a random check of Nexus.
