Booked a reservation and on the confirmation

That is all correct -- except for the "Accessible" part. On one level, I'm not crazy about potentially booking an accessible room when someone else may have an actual need for it. I've also never had a good stay in an accessible room (usually issues with the shower/bathroom) and will avoid them at all costs, so I'm not crazy about that showing up as a "preference" on my reservation.

Checked my profile just to see if something got messed up there along the way and I just haven't noticed. The "Accessible" preference checkbox is not checked.
Tried rebooking the reservation (AAA rate, same room type, same property, same dates) and the new reservation shows the erroneous preference as well.
Can't see that before the confirmation stage, and can't edit the comments on the reservation once it is confirmed.

Anyone else come across this? Is there some magic checkbox other than the obvious one I'm missing? Based on the room type in question I'm not overly concerned that this stay will turn into a nightmare stay -- but it's annoying me and I'd like to have it not happen in the future
My apologies for the inconvenience. If you will send me your Honors account number, I would be glad to look into this and see what can be done.

Best regards,
