No, not everyone gets their own car. When I had it a couple of months ago, I was put in the same car as another guy who got off the same YYC-YYZ flight as me.
As for the middle seat, I'm not 100% certain, but I think my ride was in a 6-series sedan, and I'm not sure it even has a middle seat.
Here's an image of the interior that I think is the same configuration. An X7, which some people above mentioned having, would have a middle seat back there though.
