Non-UK-based and received the survey. I added a request that the number of remaining GGL Redemptions be visible and redeemable on line.
Now recently I made a midnight call, presumably not to the GGL line directly, at -355 days and used a Joker. As a result the next day I received an email detailing which Joker I had used, what booking reference it was against, and it included details of an earlier Joker use this membership year, and confirmed I had one left. Fantastic I thought.
When I came to add the return, and add on a GUF, the very helpful GGL agent advised me that due to new regs the GUF could be applied against revenue not just reward availability, and as such I didn't need to use the Joker.....so I assume it was re-credited
But my point is that I received no email confirmation of Joker use after the GGL line interaction. And talking to the agent about it, such an email was not something they were aware of.
I sent a copy to the priority email wondering whether it was a benefit yet to come......but received no reply!!
