Check if you are entering the correct PNR in the QP website/app.
Often with OTA bookings they give 2 PNRs. one for the OTA and one for the airline (in this care QR).
Trust this solves you issue.
i entered the right PNR (indeed 2, one of them is not working). The booking is fetched in the app but when I tap “Manage my booking” there is an error saying: “An error occurred during processing, please try again after some time”.
