In our situation, the resort inquired about our flight information about a week out, and they assured us everything will be taken care of.
In summary, I would rate our pickup experience average. Once we landed, the WA employees were waiting outside of the luggage pickup area, and took us to a coffee shop, provided wifi information and nothing else. There was no lounge...the couple we were with had to wait around 30 more minutes or so for 2 more couples before we head to the yacht. It's okay if we don't need to wait, but for a luxury resort with high expectations, I feel they need to do better than that.
