if you really have to spend close to the full $5K buy refundable full fares at 3X points youll post 15K points on that $5K and be at 95K already


as someone else mentioned above, what i did on my new RR cards was call in immediately upon activating the card and confirm both the statement closing dates and spends and dates for SUBs. one was closing on the 11th and so i made the other one close on the 11th as well. however the close date on the website shows "Your next statement period ends on Not available.". hopefully it closes today and rolls over. im within $1000 spend on both and have til mid-jan to do it
