I’m a little taller than you...no Y seat is truly comfortable after eight hours, but TK’s Y legroom (on the 777, don’t know the 333 as well) feels above average to me.

This is entirely subjective and I only remember UA, BA, LH, OS, ET, NZ, EI, LX, and AA for comparison.
