I agree with you that they tend to be “older” which is why I excluded HR Chicago as that is the oldest and has its building issues.

More or less I am asking about: Service, Amenities and Upgrades for Globalists as those are the things you could complain to Corporate about if they’re not “up to par” so to speak.
