Have there been any reports posted here from travellers who've been allowed to rebook something TWOV-compliant after arrival? (Remember that WIFI in many Chinese airports requires a Chinese mobile number.)
I don't remember any but I remember reports from travelers who were not compliant and denied entry who had to book a flight to get out of China "now".
