While there are many reasons to criticize the Indian government, the authorities responsible for security have no particular reason to give priority to J passengers. It does not make the process more efficient overall. If airlines have worked with the authorities in certain countries/airports to arrange for priority lanes (probably by paying the security agency), fine, but it is not some kind of basic human right.

Yes, the lines should be faster for everyone. But I have waited for long periods in security and immigration lines elsewhere in the world. It's not an India-specific problem.
