I’m SIN based and travel in CX frequently- transit security each time, like for any other passenger originating anywhere. Like wise in ICN/NRT/TPE. And HKG doesn’t embrace Ang fast track for transit - though they’re very quick..
In fact, true for most of the world!
Perhaps you’re confusing with DOH, which does deplane transit passengers from some flights (seemingly randomly chosen), directly to the departure level. Or, transits From domestic origins in the US?
